In the Alnwick District North Country Leisure provides services at Willowburn Sports and Leisure Centre and Coquetdale Swimming & Fitness Centre.
We operate a Sports Development team from a base in Amble, who help organisations to secure funding to run more sports activities and encourage more people to take part in physical exercise. They also host a range of activities including cricket, football and hockey for families, children and adults of all ages in the local community.
We run a Health Walks scheme which provides a range of free, local walks to suit all abilities and manage the Northumberland Football Partnership who provide football training courses and academies for children aged between 5 and 14 years old.
